Eligibility: You may request a refund within 15 days of delivery if the watch is in unworn condition, all tags and protective covers are intact, and the original packaging and proof of purchase are included.
Process: Contact our Customer Service team and provide photos or video of the watch if needed. After approval, send the watch using a trackable and insured shipping method. Refunds are processed within 5 business days upon inspection and will be returned via the original payment method.

2. Exchange Policy
Eligibility: Exchanges are possible within 30 days of delivery if the watch is unworn, all tags and covers are intact, and the original packaging and proof of purchase are included.
Process: Contact our Customer Service team to request the exchange. Once approved, ship the watch back using a trackable and insured method. After verification, we will send the replacement watch. Any price difference will be adjusted accordingly.

3. Warranty & Repairs
